CA Shri. Srinivasan was one of the earliest members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having established his sound credentials as an honest, efficient, hard working and spectacularly successful CFO of a very reputed Corporate Giant Group of the South from 1958 to 1986, he decided to put his experience to public use from 1987
Initially n&s was conceptualized as an income tax consultancy oriented profession only. But when n&s was finally incorporated with its Principal Office at Chennai, the picture changed - and changed for the better. The firm constantly widened its area of operations to Audit, Assurance Services, Taxation, Appeals, Due Diligence, Valuation of Entities, Practice of Corporate Laws, Financial Consulting etc.
Powered by a Constant Search in the market requirement in the Emerging Business Scenario, the Operations of the Firm have constantly expanded over the years to encompass a variety of activities so as to provide an one-stop-shop for various services commencing from Incorporation, Compliance with Various Formalities of Corporate and Tax Laws, Establishment of Sound Accounting Practices, Fearless and Practical Reporting and Assistance in Financial Decision Making
